Remote user testing

Research methodology

  • 10-30 users according to your target, for each given country
  • Results in 7 to 10 business days
  • Provides user feedback in record time and across a wide sample of users testing in their everyday environment
  • Scenario with 3 to 10 steps
  • Collect 100 to 300 positive or negative feedback points
  • Post-moderated
Users follow objectives through a test protocol and describe their experience by giving positive and negative feedback. It is also possible to compare different versions or competing services.

How does this UX research takes place?

  • The kick-off call allows us to define together your objectives, the user journey to be tested and the profiles you wish to target.
  • We write the testing protocol based on this exchange, which is then validated by both sides.
  • We recruit users - from your local market or in your key markets - through our panel or partners.
  • Each user tests the website, mobile app or offline service in real-life conditions: home, workplace or other for online tests and in stores for mystery clients.
  • The user then submits, in the Ferpection platform, the main problems and compliments met during their experience.
  • Each feedback is approved or rejected by a moderator based on the quality.
  • At the end of the study, you have access to the platform to consult the verbatim feedback of each tester, illustrated by screenshots, photos or videos.
  • Different levels of analysis, UX recommandations and presentation meetings are available to fit your needs.
User studies are generally done in four main stages; the choice of the UX research method, the targeting of the users, the recovery of the qualitative data and finally the analysis of this qualitative data.
