User interview

Methodology

  • 6-8 users according to targeting
  • Results in 2 to 3 weeks
  • Understanding the expectations and behaviours of your customers on specific and defined topics. Interviews can be done by phone, video call or in person. A user test can be done during the interview according to the requirements. Duration of each interview: 45-60 minutes
